Community Regional Medical Center features five distinct Med Surg units, each contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the heart of the Central Valley. In this 36-bed unit, you’ll support a close-knit team providing care for patients with a variety of diagnoses including diabetes, cognitive disorders, and end-of-life care — all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to ensure seamless unit operations and compassionate care.
• Coordinate patient care, drive staff development, and guide quality initiatives across a dynamic and evolving Med Surg team.

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.

• RN – Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required 

• BLS – Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 

• Certifications as required for the unit
