We have 4 important resources to support your attendance at our collaboratively organized (WOEMA & CSAOHN) WOHC 2023 conference:

1. A letter template to provide your employer along with your support request, designed to help you get financial support from your employers in order to attend. Click here for the template. 
2. Early registration runs through July 9th. There is a $100 discount for early registration.  CSAOHN members also have a $345-$395 conference registration savings compared to the physicians that are attending. 
3. CSAOHN is offering $500 conference registration reimbursement to up to 3 CSAOHN members. To get the reimbursement the following requirements must be met:
   1. Be an active CSAOHN member.
   2. Register and attend the WOHC 2023 conference. Receipt for registration fee payment and verification of attendance required. 
   3. Provide a CE webinar (so it is available to all CSAOHN members) of at least 1 CE for CSAOHN. The webinar topic may be related to a conference topic, but any topic of educational relevance to CSAOHN members will be eligible. 
   4. Apply by reaching out to CSAOHN via the "contact us" tab on the CSAOHN website. Provide your name, confirm your intent to attend the conference, and provide a potential CE webinar topic. Reimbursement of $500 will go to the the first 3 applicants that complete both conference attendance and the CE webinar for CSAOHN. 
4. Student poster presentations. CSAOHN will reimburse registration fees for any CSAOHN members that are students and will present a poster at the conference. While CSAOHN is not able to offer travel and lodging coverage perhaps with departmental or scholarship support this will make participation (and a plus on your resume) a little bit easier.
